Register two attendees for the price of one
for customers with active Upgrade Entitlement maintenance plans.We are pleased to offer Two-for-one Conference Registration for two people in the same organization who wish to attend the conference. Conference space is limited, therefore this offer is available on a first-come first-served basis. Please use the following steps to request a two-for-one conference registration code:
- The first person must complete their online registration at the Full Conference Registration price ($800 before 31 July 2010, $900
1 August 2010 forward) or Single-Day Conference Registration price ($400 before 31 July 2010, $450 1 August 2010 forward). - After the first person has completed their registration, they must contact Bridget Durham (tel +44 1223 370035, e-mail bridget.durham@baesystems.com) and reference their registration to request a two-for-one registration code.
- The second person may then register online at no additional cost using the code provided. When completing their online registration, they will be asked to reference the name of the first registrant.

Cancellation policy
If you are registered and cannot attend the 2010 BAE Systems GXP Regional User Conference and Professional Exchange – Europe, Middle East, and Africa, you are welcome to send another person in your place. If you cancel your registration on or before 1 September 2010, BAE Systems will refund 100% of the registration fee. Cancellations made after 1 September will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after 10 September 2010, and registrations received on or after this date are not eligible for refund.
