<ol>
<li>From the Workspace Manager, open the <strong>Help</strong> menu and select <strong>About SOCET GXP</strong>.</li>
<li>The About SOCET GXP window will open and will display the version information, as shown in the example below.</li>
</ol>

<h4>If you are unable to access the About screen:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Open Windows Explorer by right-clicking on the Windows <strong>Start</strong> menu and selecting <strong>Explore</strong>.</li>
<li>Navigate to the directory of your SOCET GXP software installation, i.e. <strong>C:\Program Files\BAE SYSTEMS\SOCET GXP 3.0.2 Export</strong></li>
<li>If there are no README_Patch_v302_* files in this directory, then you are not using a patch.</li>
<li>If there are README_Patch_v302_* files in this directory, locate the one with the latest date. This is the date of your current patch. For example, if the file with the latest date is <strong>README_Patch_v302_201010.log</strong>,  <strong>201010</strong> is your current patch version.</li>
