BAE Systems’ Geospatial eXploitation Products business recently donated $1,000 to the Wounded Warrior Project, an organization dedicated to honoring and empowering wounded veterans.
The Wounded Warrior Project raises awareness and enlists the public’s aid for the needs of severely injured servicemen and women; helps severely injured service members aid and assist each other; and provides unique, direct programs and services to those who are injured.
“This contribution acknowledges the hard work and sacrifices of U.S. armed forces, underscores BAE Systems’ commitment to giving back to the community, and reaffirms our purpose statement, ‘We Protect Those Who Protect Us®,” said Dan London, vice president of sales and marketing for BAE Systems in San Diego.
BAE Systems has a long history of community involvement and is honored to provide support to organizations that have a positive impact today — and tomorrow. Our employees’ dedication to these and other charities is a source of pride and inspiration.
