SOCET GXP licensing: v2.3.1 and below
Baseline modules
Base
Workspace management, data in multiple formats, 300 coordinate systems and 100 geodetic datums, image viewing, full continuous roam, four-corner mensuration, ground coordinates, image enhancement, chipping, minification, annotation.
Core
Workspace management, chipping, annotation, continuous roaming, 300 coordinate systems and 100 geodetic datums, advanced image enhancements (sharpening, smoothing, edge detection, colorization), automated search and roam, rigorous mensuration using sensor models, optimized product generation using templates. Allows for creation, viewing, and editing of shapefiles.
Add-on modules
AutoSOCET
Automated triangulation, terrain, ortho, and orthomosaic processing for NTM and commercial satellite imagery. | learn more >>
Common Geopositioning Services (CGS) Interface
Allows SOCET GXP users to connect to the GOTS CGS Engine for targeting. Classified module; SOCET GXP Classified IA Bundle or SOCET GXP Classified IA Advanced Bundle is required. The CGS GOTS Engine must be acquired from the CGS program office. | Learn more >>
Flythrough
Flythrough allows users to manually or automatically fly through imagery draped over terrain files. Allows the ability to move in a three-dimensional scene rather than looking straight down on imagery.
HSI/MSI
Hyperspectral/multispectral (HSI/MSI). Basic analysis tools including: per-band statistics, band ratios, tasseled cap, NDVI, and find-in-scene.
Image Comparison
Change detection and comparison of two images of any type. Comparison views include side-by-side, top-to-bottom, flicker, merge (to include multi-view), and porthole analysis. Prerequisite: Core.
Map Finishing
Map finishing capabilities (SOCET GXP v3.0). Image map creation, including imagery, annotation, vector data, and marginalia. Popular product formats.
Registration
Registration capability. Register images using ground control points, another image, or telemetry data.
Screener
View, screen, mosaic and produce chips from one or a combination of screened images for further exploitation in near-real-time. Prerequisites: SOCET GXP v2.0+, Core.
Spatially Enabled Extraction (SEE)
Allows users to create and edit features by directly connecting to an ESRI® geodatabase through the SOCET GXP Multiport via the ArcEngine® or using an application interface with ArcMap®. | learn more >>
Stereo
Display overlapping images in 3-D using stereo equipment. Display stereo pairs in monoscopic mode (split screen). Multiple windows. Obtain a CE and LE from DPPDB. | learn more >>
Video Screener
Allows for the viewing and exploitation of AVI and MPEG video formats. Play, stop, pause, and step through individual video frames. Snapshot scenes from Video Screener and export directly to SOCET GXP for exploitation. Prerequisite: SOCET GXP IA or SOCET GXP IA Advanced Bundle.
Visual Coverage Tool (VCT)
Standalone application used to input data and manage the location of that data. Each data file can be displayed graphically on a map giving the user immediate feedback on the location and metadata of the file. The footprints can be displayed superimposed over CIB®, CADRG, VPF or World Maps. | Learn more >>
