The SOCET GXP Virtual Mosaic displays multiple component images in the SOCET GXP Multiport, mimicking the process of placing raw photographs together on a table. The system warps all other images to match the geocoordinate space of the master image, using a mesh of grid points across each image.
The large area coverage mosaic is not corrected for relief displacements, which is done with the SOCET GXP Ortho On-the-Fly tool.
