Transfer Conditions

SOCET GXP software and licenses have been transferred to another location of Licensee's organization within the same country in which the computer was located when the Program was originally licensed and installed. Software has been transferred on a permanent basis and we, the customer, retain no copies of the software or licenses. Upon transferring the software, any copies and partial copies of the computer program and modified or enhanced versions and copies or partial copies have been deleted promptly and completely.

Any such violations of this agreement terminate the user's rights to the software license. Transfer of license is subject to site audit of licensed assets and hosts.

Any transfer of the Program outside of the country of initial installation shall be permitted only with Licensor's prior written consent and then only in accordance with all applicable export laws and regulations of the United States of America.

By Pressing Submit, you are agreeing to the TRANSFER CONDITIONS and certify that the software and licenses have been deleted entirely from the current host, including backup copies, as specified above.
