New GXP training classes planned

BAE Systems will add new training classes to coincide with the SOCET GXP v3.2 release early next year. In addition to updated content, class format, presentations, and teaching methods will be refreshed so that students gain maximum benefit from each course. The following SOCET GXP and SOCET SET training classes are planned for early 2011.

SOCET GXP: eXtreme Analysis

  • Getting started: Launch Manager, Workspace Manager
  • Customizing the look and feel using preferences and Ribbon tools
  • Working with data: VCT and GXP Xplorer, navigation, comparison tools, mensuration
  • Creating image products: graphics, HSI and MSI functionality using the Xport, templates, finishing tool
  • Terrain and features: terrain visualization, Line of Sight, terrain compare, terrain volume, SEE
  • Improving image accuracy: image registration and Ortho-On-the-Fly
  • Add-ins: Google Earth, GeoPDF
  • Video analysis capabilities

SOCET GXP: Photogrammetric workflows
