If you see a yellow information bar across the top of the window, similar to the illustration on the left, the Index, Search, and Glossary tab of the help navigational pane appears awkward and difficult to use. The window on the right displays an improved user interface and appearance.

Follow these simple steps to resolve this issue and to make searching and interacting with the SOCET GXP help system easier:

  1. From the Internet Explorer window, select Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Click the Advanced tab from the Internet Options window.
  3. Scroll down to the Security section and select the second option, Allow active content to run in files on My Computer.
  4. Re-open help and click Show to display the table of contents.
