Copying a map from one Multiport™ to a different Multiport

When copying an auto-map from one Multiport™ to another, it may appear that a blank box copies instead of the map.

  • In this instance, the user has copied an auto-map image.
  • Copying an auto-map copies the function. The copying function reads the image metadata for the country code and creates an auto-map on the image it is pasted on.
  • If the pasted image does not have a country code in the metadata, the user can add it manually.
  • Maps are stored in the SOCET GXP® installation directory\Config\Country Maps.
